Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data reinwent.com collects, why, and how you can control it.

Who is responsible

This site, reinwent.com, is run by Expinno Inc., a Delaware corporation trading as Reinwent. Expinno Inc. is the controller of the personal data described here. Registered office: 8 The Green, Dover, DE 19901, USA. For any privacy question or request, write to contact@reinwent.com.

What we collect

Quote requests. When you send the quote form we receive your name, your email address, the product you ask about, the quantity, the destination country and region, the delivery term, an optional phone number and any details you type in the free-text field. We also receive the language of the page you used.

Spam protection. The quote form uses Cloudflare Turnstile. It checks that a person is sending the form and receives technical data from your browser, including your IP address, for that check.

Technical data. The site is served through Cloudflare, which handles your IP address and request data to deliver pages and protect the site. We use your approximate country, taken from the request, to decide whether to show the consent bar and, for some Spanish-speaking countries, to open the Spanish pages.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages and languages are used.

We do not ask for card or bank details or any other sensitive data. Please do not type such data in the details field.

Why we use it and on what basis

  • To answer your quote request and prepare a quotation: to take steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in running our trading business.
  • To keep the quote form safe from abuse: our legitimate interest.
  • To measure how the site is used: your consent where consent is required (the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), otherwise our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used.

We do not use your data for advertising. Advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalisation are always switched off in Google Analytics on this site.

How quote requests are handled

The quote form is sent to a small server program on Cloudflare. It checks the fields and the Turnstile result and passes the request to a Google Apps Script web app that runs in our Google Workspace account. That script sends two emails: one to our team mailbox, with your email address as the reply address, and one acknowledgement to you in your page language. The site itself keeps no database of requests; your request is kept in our mailbox. Our team and Expinno Inc. use your details to prepare and manage the quotation. Where an order needs it, we pass the technical part of your request (for example product, quantity and destination) to the manufacturers we work with.

  • Visitors from the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, and visitors whose country cannot be determined, see a bar with two buttons, accept and decline. Until you choose, Google consent signals are denied and Google Analytics is not loaded. If you decline, it is never loaded.
  • Elsewhere, analytics storage is allowed by default and the bar is not shown.
  • The site uses Google Consent Mode v2. Advertising signals stay denied for everyone.
  • Google Analytics receives page views (with the page language) and one event when a quote request is sent (with the language and the product chosen). It never receives your name, email, phone number or the text you typed in the form.
  • Google acts as our service provider for analytics.

You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser; the bar then appears again where it applies.

Cookies and browser storage

  • rw-consent (local storage): remembers your choice, accept or decline; stays until you delete it.
  • rw-region (session storage): remembers your country code for this visit, to decide about the consent bar; removed when you close the tab.
  • lang (cookie): remembers the language you chose with the language switcher; set only when you use the switcher, and kept until it expires or you delete it.
  • Google Analytics cookies: count visits; set only after consent where consent is required.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile: Cloudflare may set or read data on pages with the quote form, for spam protection.

Who receives your data

  • Cloudflare: hosting, delivery of the pages, security and Turnstile.
  • Google: Google Workspace (email and the script that sends it) and Google Analytics.
  • Our staff and advisers, and manufacturers as described above.

These providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, we rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and the related correspondence only as long as needed to answer your request and to keep our business records, then delete or anonymise them. Analytics data stays in Google Analytics only for the retention period set in our account, then is deleted automatically. The items in your browser stay there until you delete them or they expire.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy, and you can object to our use of it. Where we rely on consent you can withdraw it at any time. If you are in the EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you can also complain to your data protection authority. To use any of these rights, write to contact@reinwent.com from the address you used, or to Expinno Inc., 8 The Green, Dover, DE 19901, USA. We answer as soon as we reasonably can.
