Who runs the site

This site is operated by Expinno Inc., a Delaware corporation trading as Reinwent (registered office: 8 The Green, Dover, DE 19901, USA). By using the site you accept these terms.

What this site is

The site is for information. It describes the steel wire we source and trade and explains how we work. It is not an online shop: you cannot buy anything on it, and nothing on it is an offer to sell. Reinwent is a trading company, not a manufacturer. Products are made by manufacturers in Türkiye that we select.

Quotations are not binding

Technical information, standards, quotations and any other commercial terms shown on the site, or given in a first reply, are indicative. They do not bind Expinno Inc. and they can change. Sending the quote form is a request for a quotation. It does not create an order or a contract, and we are not obliged to quote. A contract is formed only in the written quotation or proforma invoice issued by Expinno Inc. and accepted in the way that document states. Its terms apply to that sale.

Using the site

Use the site lawfully. Do not try to disturb or overload it, to get around its protections, or to send false or abusive requests through the quote form. Give correct details when you ask for a quotation.

Content and intellectual property

The text, structure, layout and images of the site belong to Expinno Inc. or its licensors; third-party material is credited where it is used. You may read and print pages for your own business use. Any other copying or reuse needs our written permission. Reinwent and the Reinwent logo are brand names of Expinno Inc.

We take care with the content, but we do not promise that it is complete, current or fit for your particular use. Check specifications with us in a quotation before you rely on them. The site links to third-party websites, for example standards bodies and LinkedIn. We do not control them and are not responsible for them.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Expinno Inc. is not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or from relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
